Jean-Simon Couture is the CEO of the company. Passionate and visionary, Jean-Simon is determined to ensure that Palbec maintains its position as a leader in the industry.

Gilles Couture is a leader in the field of finance and accounting in the province of Quebec. Building on his career and his experience as a partner in a large accounting firm, Gilles holds the position of CFO and applies the highest standards in his role.

With his many years of experience as a manager in the manufacturing sector, Jean-Dominique ensures that our operations are efficient and effective while being aligned with our primary mission which is to offer a premium quality service and product to our partners. Jean-Dominique also ensures that operations follow our growth objectives.

Benefiting from a know-how in the field, Robert Doddridge holds the key position of Plant manager. He oversees all of our plant activities. With extensive experience in the transport industry, he is also in charge of the fleet of more than 75 dry van trailers 53’ and trucks and ensures that each of our customers and suppliers receive the best possible service. Robert is in constant contact with our partners and knows how to adapt to situations that can change quickly. He is proud to carry the responsibility of transporting tens of thousands of pallets every week to the four corners of the province.

Céline Allen is in charge of the accounting department. She makes sure to maintain the bond of trust with all our partners.

Daniel Garneau is in charge of business development. He maintains a close relationship with our customers and suppliers, and ensures that Palbec’s ultimate objective, that is to say the satisfaction of our partners, is achieved day after day.

Maxime Huard is in charge of production at Palbec and ensures that delivery times are respected. Maxime is the cornerstone of production and strives to bring out the best in each employee. The concern for quality, versatility and capacity for work are the
foundations of the role he occupies with all the passion that we know him to have.

Francis Moisan oversees the productivity of Palbec’s production teams. He makes sure that everyone gives their best every day and makes it a point to motivate the teams to surpass themselves. The supply of production equipment is also guaranteed by Francis. Team cohesion and the integration of new employees are also under his responsibility. His knowledge of the field and his high energy make Francis an essential player in the team.

Tommy ensures that all goods received and shipped are done with the utmost rigor. Loading and unloading trailers holds no secrets for Tommy.

Jonathan Laroche is responsible for quality control and the shipping department. Jonathan’s role is all the more important as Palbec is recognized for implementing the highest quality standards in the industry. His rigor and concern for a job well done leads Jonathan to demand the application of Palbec’s strict quality standards. Jonathan carries with him the guarantee of quality that Palbec reprensents.
