As Vice President, Vicky Bouthillette ensures that the entire team performs at its best and reaches its full potential. Her experience and strategic vision enable the implementation of the company’s projects.

With his many years of experience as a manager in the manufacturing sector, Jean-Dominique ensures that our operations are efficient and effective while being aligned with our primary mission which is to offer a premium quality service and product to our partners. Jean-Dominique also ensures that operations follow our growth objectives.

Daniel Garneau is in charge of business development. He maintains a close relationship with our customers and suppliers, and ensures that Palbec’s ultimate objective, that is to say the satisfaction of our partners, is achieved day after day.

Maxime Huard is in charge of production at Palbec and ensures that delivery times are respected. Maxime is the cornerstone of production and strives to bring out the best in each employee. The concern for quality, versatility and capacity for work are the
foundations of the role he occupies with all the passion that we know him to have.

Jean-Simon Couture is the Logistics Director of the company. He ensures that transport operations are optimized and that deliveries and pickups are carried out punctually. Rigor is essential.

Céline Allen is in charge of the accounting department. She makes sure to maintain the bond of trust with all our partners.

Jonathan Laroche is responsible for quality control and the shipping department. Jonathan’s role is all the more important as Palbec is recognized for implementing the highest quality standards in the industry. His rigor and concern for a job well done leads Jonathan to demand the application of Palbec’s strict quality standards. Jonathan carries with him the guarantee of quality that Palbec reprensents.

Tommy ensures that all goods received and shipped are done with the utmost rigor. Loading and unloading trailers holds no secrets for Tommy.

Samuel oversees the productivity of Palbec’s production teams. He makes sure that everyone gives their best every day and makes it a point to motivate the teams to surpass themselves. The supply of production equipment is also guaranteed by Samuel. Team cohesion and the integration of new employees are also under his responsibility. His knowledge of the field and his high energy make Samuel an essential player in the team.
